Classic Meatballs
Classic traditional meatballs that can be used as an appetizer or with any pasta dish. Don’t forget our recipe for the meat sauce as well.

Ingredients
- 2 Pounds ground beef
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1/2 Cup quick oatmeal
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 Cup milk
Instructions
- Combine all but meat and soak 5 minutes.
- Add meat, mix well.
- Let stand in ice box 1 hour.
- Form into balls.
- Bake uncovered at 350° for 1 hour or longer, depending on how brown you desire.
- Place in a bowl and make gravy in pan they were baked in.
